Condition
Overall good condition. The glaze surfaces present with a few minor and scattered air bubble and irregularities inherent in the making and not visually distracting. The ceramic elements have been sensitively restored, one of them vertically at the center and adjacent area, and to one of the upper front corner, the other to three of the front corners. These restorations are very sensitively undertaken and not at all visually distracting. A minute fleck to the rear left corner proper of one light which is not visible when installed. The painted metal mounts have been replaced at some point in the history of the pieces and present with a few minor surface scratches, dents and minor indentation to the mounting brackets. The shades have been replaced. An iconic set of French midcentury design.
