Overall in very good original condition. The surfaces retain their original lacquer and present with scattered scuffs, chips and scratches to the lacquer, consistent with age and use. The tip of the smaller shade with a shallow dent which measures approximately ¼ in. diameter, with minor nicks and abrasions to the outer edge of the shade, neither are visually distracting. The proper left corner edge of the larger shade with a minor dent measuring approximately ½ in. and is not visually distracting. The brass elements with expected minor oxidation. A classic and chic example of 1950's French design.
