- Cabochon on ring approximately 20.70 x 16.15 x 7.79mm, cabochons on earrings approximately 14.56 x 11.46 x 3.68mm and 14.98 x 11.47 x 3.29mm.
The ring set with a translucent oval jadeite cabochon of bright green colour, to the tapered baguette diamond ballerina surround, mounted in yellow gold; and a pair of earrings, each set with a translucent oval jadeite cabochon of matching colour, decorated with circular-cut, marquise-shaped and tapered baguette diamonds, mounted in 18 karat yellow gold; the diamonds weighing approximately 4.80 carats in total, earrings with post and hinged back fittings. Ring size: 7½
Condition
Accompanied by two Hong Kong Jade and Stone Laboratory certificates numbered SJ 154846 and SJ 154847, both dated 3 August 2017, stating that the jadeite tested are natural, known in the trade as "A Jade". Please refer to the certificates for further details.
Ring:
Stamped PM900 for platinum. Jadeite cabochon of translucent material and bright green colour. Upon strong illumination, there are typical clouds suffused throughout. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 1.80 carats in total, are on average G to H colour, mainly VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal, with worn impressions at the bottom of the shank commensurate of wear, some discolouration and evidence of up sizing with possibly additional of yellow gold. Overall in good condition.
Earrings:
Stamped 750 for 18 karat yellow gold. Jadeite cabochon of matching material as the ring. Upon strong illumination, there are also a few minor internal fissures but all are not visible under normal lighting. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 3.00 carats in total, are on average G to I colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of minor wear to the metal, overall in very good condition.
