• Valjoux cal. 7740 automatic lever movement, 17 jewels • black dial, Arabic numerals and baton indexes, white engine-turned subsidiary dials for constant seconds, 30-minute and 12-hour registers, aperture for date, outer minute and 1/5 seconds divisions, outer graduation for the slide rule and the telemeter scale • stainless steel case, reeded bezel, engraved snap-on back • case, dial and movement signed • with a stainless steel Breitling buckle 

Condition

The movement is running at the time of cataloguing. The dial has clear signs of aging, the hour numerals and indexes seem slightly re-touched. The case back has an engraving in arabic along with a crown, the rest of the case has minor scratches throughout which is consistent with little use. Back engraved with an Arabic sentence and a crown - believed to be related to the Kingdom of Jordan. The watch has not been tested to determine the accuracy of its timekeeping.
