Case heavily worn and polished with the majority of engine turning lost. Slight denting and areas of undulation overall. Dial with scratches and oxidation. Heavier oxidation to the outer chapter rings. Balance not oscillating and movement in need of service, light green oxidation to the barrel, repeat regulator wheel with damaged teeth. Chiming in phase. Cuvette is signed 'de Breguet' and dial signature is slightly off center, with re enameling of the indexes, sub dial and signature. No secret signature visible to the dial. The cuvette, stamped with No. 2191, the case with no matching number.
