Condition

The movement is running at time of cataloging, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Case in overall fair vintage condition with wear, scuffing and surface markings consistent with age and use. Hunting case with scuffing throughout with some heavier signs of wear and surface marks closer to the hinge. back case with a small dent closest to the lip for opening and closing. A small nick to the lip at 12. Slide some some light wear. Cuvette is inscribed with the brand and reference details. Movement in very good condition. Minutes repeating in phase. Dial in overall very good condition with light debris throughout. A small chip to V. Some oxidation to the sunken subsidiary dial at the adjoining areas. Some light oxidation to the hands. Small hairline directly above XII and through "60." A fracture from the center arbor toward IX and X.
