Condition

The panel is sound and the surface is nicely textured. Examination under UV light reveals some strokes of fluorescence which are possibly inpainting in places throughout the sky. There is some shrinkage in the areas of thickest impasto, notably the white of the clouds. There is some minor old frame abrasion to the extreme edges. This work is in overall good condition.
