Condition

Executed on buff-coloured laid paper, not laid down. The sheet is affixed to the mount at two points on the verso of the upper edge and at the centre of the lower edge on the verso. The upper, left and lower edges are deckled and the sheet is very gently undulating. There are artist's pinholes in the upper left and upper right corners. An embossed circular mark is visible in the lower right corner. There are a few tiny stable specks of pigment loss to the white gouache in places, notably towards the upper left corner of the large rectangular element. This work is in very good overall condition.
