Condition
The canvas is not lined and there appear to be no signs of retouching visible under UV light. There are faint stretcher bar marks along all four edges. There are paint losses along the extreme edges, most notably to the upper part of the left edge. There is a surface scratch towards the upper right corner (approximately 7cm. long) and fine lines of paint shrinkage to the green background as well as the sitter's hair. There are fine lines of craquelure to the sitter's neck. This work is in overall good condition.
