Condition
Executed on a beveled panel. There is rubbing around the periphery of the panel and minor paint loss to the pigment along the left edge, hidden by the frame. There is craquelure to the paint throughout the composition, most notably in the sky and the water. There is a nail-head sized area of paint loss in the sky in the upper right quadrant. When examined under UV light there is no evidence of any retouching or restoration. The painting is in very good condition.
