Revue bateaux: The sheet is hinged at all four corners verso. There sheet is slightly light stained. There are a few scattered specks of foxing. The edges are deckled and visible in the current matting. There are some minor handling smudges and creases. There is some blue atelier marks in the right margin.
Maquette lumière: The sheet is hinged at all four corners verso. There is a halo of light and mat stain surrounding the image about 1 inch wide. There are some minor handling creases and smudges. There are a few specks of foxing scattered and minor surface dirt. The sheet edges are deckled, and visible in the current matting.
Both sheets have the Arches watermark. The works have retained their vibrant color and present very well.
