Stamped 750 for 18 karat white gold. The ruby weighing 5.01 carat is of medium dark red of strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching. Under 10x magnification, tiny cavities are visible on table, girdle and pavilion but are not an immediate threat to the durability of the gemstone. Diamonds, stated to weigh approximately 5.35 carats in total, are on average F to G colour, mostly VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Metal in excellent condition.
