Set with a cushion-shaped emerald weighing 7.01 carats, flanked by two modified shield step-cut diamonds weighing 0.71 and 0.66 carat respectively, to the borders, edges and shoulders set with circular-cut diamonds stated to weigh approximately 2.26 carats in total, mounted in platinum. Ring size: 6¼
Condition
Accompanied by Gübelin and SSEF reports numbered 16111196 and 90333, dated 6 December 2016 and 8 March 2017 respectively, both stating that the 7.01ct emerald is natural, of Colombian origin with no indications of clarity enhancement. Further accompanied by an updated report from Gübelin numbered 17081163, dated 6 September 2017, stating that the emerald has no indication of clarity enhancement.
Also accompanied by GIA dossiers numbered 2237991399 and 7231992000, both dated 14 October 2016, stating that the 0.71 and 0.66 carats diamond are D Colour VS2 clarity and E Colour VS2 clarity respectively. For further details, please refer to reports.
Stamped PT950 for platinum mounting. Emerald is medium dark green of strong saturation with typical inclusions, some surface reaching under 10X magnification. Diamonds, stated to weigh approximately 2.26cts are on average F colour, mostly VS clarity as gauged and graded in the mount. Metal overall in very good condition.
