The front collet-set with a hexagonal pink tourmaline, within a frame pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, flanked by pear-shaped diamonds and calibré-cut onyx, on a flexible collar composed of seven rows of cultured pearls, signed Marina B, numbered, French assay and maker's marks.

Condition
Signed Marina B, numbered C918, maker's mark for Marina B, French maker's mark for Pierre Brun, 36 Rue Réaumur, 75003 Paris. French assay marks and stamped OR 750 for 18 carat gold. Inscribed FRANCE and 1985. Pink tourmaline measuring approximately 17.40 x 16.20 x 6.75mm, with typical inclusions visible under close inspection. Cultured pearls measuring from approximately 5.20 to 5.80 mm, with good skin and luster, a few pinpoints, scratches and blemishes, one cultured pearl deficient, one cultured pearl split to the reverse. The choker would benefit from the attention of a jeweller. Onyx in overall good condition. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 5.00 - 6.00 carats, on average H-J colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. Gross weight approximately 185 grams.
