Accompanied by SSEF report no. 58064, dated 15 December 2010, stating that the cushion-shaped ruby weighing 4.26 carats, measuring 11.14 x 7.55 x 5.28mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. French assay marks, stamped OR 750 for 18 carat gold. Ruby red of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, some surface-reaching, minor scratches and chips. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 3.50 - 4.50 carats, on average I-J colour, VS-SI clarity, some I, as gauged and graded in the mount. Small scratches to the metal consistent with wear. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 8 grams.
