Description
- Sapphire, diamonds, gold
Of bombé design, set with a step-cut sapphire stated to weigh 10.08 carats, the mount accented with marquise-shaped diamonds, size 571/2, French assay mark.
Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 77860, stating that the octagonal step-cut sapphire stated to weigh 10.08 carats, calculated to weigh approximately 10 carats, measuring 13.35 x 9.85 x 7.70mm, is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating.

French assay mark and stamped OR 750 for 18 carat gold. Inscribed S 10.08, referring to the stated carat weight of the sapphire, and N 4.21, referring to the stated total carat weight of the diamonds. Sapphire blue of strong saturation, with good transparency, small scratches, abrasions and nicks. For more information on the sapphire, please refer to the SSEF report. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 4.00 - 4.25 carats, on average H-I colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Minor signs of wear to the metal. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 11 grams.
