All four paintings are on flat, stable copper panels. All present decorative images beneath old and slightly discolored varnishes, and they retain good detail in passages, for example in the figure's in the season of spring. There are some scattered small spots of discoloration scattered here and there, as visible in the upper right sky of summer. Inspection under UV light reveals a varnish that flouresces inconsistently in some areas, but only a few small spots of retouching are visible here in there. The paintings might respond well to a light clean and a fresh varnish, but otherwise are ready to hang in their present state. All four are offered in decoratively carved giltwood frames.
