Condition
The canvas is lined. The painting presents a strong and crisp image beneath a clear varnish. There have been a few small losses at upper edge from frame abrasion. Inspection under UV Reveals scattered small spots of retouching in the sky, for example near center of upper edge, and a few very small scattered spots here and there in sky and foreground. Retouching also visible at extreme edges. Painting can be hung as is. Offered in a carved giltwood frame.
