Catalogue Note
First edition, eighth printing. Presentation copy, inscribed by Hogan to Louise Suggs: "To Louise with all good wishes and kindest personal regards. Golfingly Ben Hogan" Suggs was a pioneer of women's golf and one of the founders of the LPGA. Hogan was a great admirer of her game and wrote the introduction for Suggs's Par Golf for Women (1953). The two paired to claim the 1946 Pro-Lady Victory National Championship at Medinah's course 3.
