C.: Harry Lunn; New York: Robert Miller; and London: Robert Self, 1978, a total edition of 31), each mounted to black board, signed and editioned '19/25' in pencil, and with the plate number blindstamped on the mount, 1977-78, printed in 1978; together with the printed title, introduction by Paul Schmidt, plate list, and colophon, editioned '19' in ink. Condition

These photographs are in generally excellent condition. On several of the plates, either the dry-mounting tissue, or the mounting guidelines, are faintly visible on the mounts at the periphery of the prints. The list of plates included in this lot, and further condition notes, are as follows: 3. 'Jim and Tom, Sausalito,' 7 3/4 by 7 3/4 in. 4. 'Patrice, N.Y.C.,' 7 3/4 by 7 5/8 in.: There is some minor chipping along the lower and right edges. There are some minor scuffs on the reverse of the mount. 5. 'Scott, N.Y.C.,' 7 3/4 by 7 5/8 in.: In raking light, and small linear impression is visible in the lower right quadrant, near the edge. 7. 'Ken, N.Y.C.,' 7 3/4 by 7 3/4 in.: In raking light, some barely discernible hairline scratches and a tiny impression are visible in the lower left quadrant. There is some very minor, intermittent wear to the the left and lower edges. 8. 'Helmut, N.Y.C.,' 7 3/4 by 7 3/4 in.: There is insignificant wear to the lower edge of the print. 9. 'John, N.Y.C.,' 7 3/4 by 7 3/4 in. 10. 'Helmut and Brooks, N.Y.C.,' 7 3/4 by 7 3/4 in.: There is some very minor wear to the upper and lower edges. There are some barely discernible brown deposits in the lower portion of the mount. 11. 'Lou, N.Y.C.,' 7 3/4 by 7 3/4 in.: There is a minor chip to the emulsion at the edge near the lower right corner. 12. 'Dick, N.Y.C.,' 7 3/4 by 7 3/4 in.: In raking light, some barely discernible hairline scratches are visible in the lower left quadrant. 13. 'Self-Portrait, N.Y.C.,' 7 3/4 by 7 3/4 in.: In raking light, the following are visible in the lower portion of the image but do not detract in any way from the appearance of this photograph: several zig-zag impressions in the lower left quadrant, and a small, faint linear impression in the lower right quadrant. There is some minor soiling on the front matter. The cloth on the portfolio box is slightly frayed in several places, most noticeably at the spine. There are some minor bumps and indentations overall, but overall it is in excellent condition. Please note that plates 1 ('Cedric, N.Y.C'), 2 ('Jim, Sausalito'), and 6 ('Joe, N.Y.C') are not included as part of this lot.
