Composed of a series of graduated oval amethysts in foil-backed settings, suspending a similarly set detachable pendant, length approximately 420mm, detachable pendant with brooch fitting. 

Amethysts light to mid purple, transparent, good saturation, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, typical colour zoning visible. Amethyst are ranging in size, smallest approximately 14.50 x 17.00 mm and largest approximately 22.00 x 30.00mm. Amethyst are foiled backed, depth is not possible to measure. Scratches and dents to metal and amethyst surfaces consistent with age and wear. Some dents has caused holed to mount. Solder repair visible to reverse around connecting links. One link with strengthening metal plate. Brooch fitting secured. Clasp in good working order, closes securely. Overall condition commensurate with age and wear.
