Condition
This work is in very good condition. There is a superficial layer of surface dust to the protruding elements inside the box. Close inspection reveals some extremely fine and unobtrusive hairline cracks to the tips of three protruding elements in the upper part of the sculpture and some extremely minor spots of discolouration to the adhesive in a few places. Close inspection of the wooden box reveals some minor evidence of handling and wear in places with two minute specks of associated loss: one to the centre of the side edge of the top left corner tip; and another to the overturn of the top edge towards the centre. Although the work fluoresces unevenly, no restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
