Catalogue Note
This work normally has a leaf with a list of plates, which is not present here. It seems likely that the captions on the versos of the plates which are not called for by Blackmer, nor recorded in other copies, come from that leaf which has been cut up. The title has "Table" pasted to the top, which is probably the rest of the missing leaf.
