Condition
Overall colour and condition very good. Light natural wear to surfaces and extremities commensurate with age and use. There is some minor sun fading to the back rest top rail and one arm rail. The cane seat remains sturdy and strong with no breaks or losses. The leather seat and arm pads all remain in overall very good condition, however one of the two leather straps that holds one of the leather arm rest pads in place has come away from the edge of the cushion. This would need to have a stitch repair to reattach it to the frame. The settee retains a firm structure overall.
