Condition
Overall color and condition very good, light natural wear to surfaces and extremities commensurate with age and gentle use. There are two very minor water mark/spots on the proper left upper corner, each approximately ¼ inches diameter, though not visually distracting. Please note that the slide out shelf beneath the sliding doors is stiff and extremely difficult to retract. This is likely due to the natural wood reaction to humidity over time. The two patinated brass pulls connected to the slide out shelf are bent slightly downward. Each of the sliding doors remains operational, and open to reveal sliding shelves on 1 side and two adjustable shelves on the other. The interior is birch lined. There are 3-4 minor/faint scratches to the top of the cabinet. Upon opening, the cabinet reveals three adjustable shelves on the proper right side and seven sliding shelves (three with felt) on the proper left side executed in a blondewood. Overall the cabinet presents well and retains a firm structure. This represents a rare opportunity to acquire a well documented and scarce early model by Wegner.
