Condition
Overall the sofa is in very good condition, consistent with age and gentle use. The upholstery is original and in generally clean condition. There is on patch of thinning and fraying fabric on the seat which would benefit from professional attention. Some minor surface dirt appearing on the lighter areas of the weave. The wood surfaces present with faint minor surface scratches, nicks and scattered minor abrasions, consistent with age and gentle use, largely concentrated to the lower portions of the legs. At 94 in. long, the sofa has a nice presence and a modern silhouette.
