Overall very good condition consistent with age. Both lamps present nicely, retaining their original green enameling. They exhibit minor crazing and one shade with more pronounced wear to the enamel on the upper tier (visible in the catalogue illustration). This shade with a shallow dent (1/4in.) and enamel loss on the upper aperture rim, likely due to counterweight contact at some stage. Both shades have minor wear to the enameling at the bottom perimeter due to the leather roping. consistent with age and gentle handling. The leather roping on both lamps as well as the glass diffusers are replaced. The counterweights and ceiling canopies in excellent condition. Rarely seen at auction, this enameled pairing is largely in original age appropriate condition, presenting well overall.
