Executed on cream laid paper, not laid down, hinged to the mount in two places along the upper edge. The upper right and lower edges are deckled and the left edge is unevenly cut. There are a few pinholes, most predominately along the extreme edges and to the centre of the circles. There is a crease running diagonally to the lower left corner. There are a few minor lines of craquelure in the blue pigment. There are faint humidity marks, possibly original, most predominately to the extreme left circle and to the lower right quadrant. The sheet is light stained and there is some minor mount staining and some brown stains, possibly relating to a previous mounting (not visible when framed). This work is in overall good condition.
