Description

- 26.5cm. length
the elongated rectangular wood case and well with swollen silver parcel-gilt terminals, edges and double-hinged well, carved with foliate motifs, stamped with tughra and assay marks, with suspension chain
Condition
In generally good condition, some wear and scratches to wood case, some of metal string around well slightly loose and oxidised, with dirt encrustations within corners, remnants of adhesive near edge of well signal that it was restored at a later stage, the chain for hanging probably later addition, as viewed.
