the rosette and ribbon carved tilt-top with 'bird-cage' action

Condition
In excellent restored condition. The top with slightly clear surface and displaying old marks and some prominent scratches. Small chip and slight age crack to one leg and chip to top of pedestal column. Re-polished. It is possible the batons and lock mechanism have been repositioned. Foremrly fitted with castors. Otherwise in good overall condition.
