Accompanied by Prestige Gemstone Report no. 1088216, stating that the cabochon ruby measuring approximately 8.7 x 7.2 x 5.16mm, is of Thai origin, with indications of heating. Signed Van Cleef & Arpels, signature partially hidden by sizing band, numbered NY57976, sizing band stamped 375 for 9 carat gold. Rubies well matched in colour, red of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, minor nicks and abrasions. Diamonds bright and lively. Scratches to the metal consistent with normal use. Gross weight approximately 10 grams.
