Description

Set with a carved sapphire, highlighted with circular- and single-cut diamonds, signed Cartier, Austrian import mark for gold, fitted case stamped Cartier.
Condition
Signed Cartier London, inscribed W.G. BACK and 40662, Austrian import mark for 18 carat gold. Sapphire translucent, blue of strong saturation, with chips, nicks and abrasions. Diamonds bright and lively. Scratches and tarnish to the metal consistent with age and use. Gross weight approximately 21 grams. Fitted case stamped Cartier
