Accompanied by CISGEM report n. 9790 dated 4 April 2018, stating that the ruby, weighing approximately 2.90 carats, was found to have indications of heating and that data and characteristics suggest Thailand as origin. Measuring approximately 8.90 x 11.05 x 2.97mm. Ring shank stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Ruby mid red, transparent, typical inclusions visible, some are surface reaching, light scratches and light wear to stone surface, a few minor chips on girdle. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.70-1.90 carats, estimated clarity approximately SI, estimated colour approximately I-K. Light surface scratches to metal surfaces and some areas of yellow discolouration. Overall condition good. Gross weight approximately 7.9 grams.
