The circular pocket watch with silvered dial, applied Arabic numerals and subsidiary second dial, both sides applied with a red and black enamel border, signed Movado, French import and Swiss assay marks; together with two lockets, the first designed as a fausse montre, the front engraved with the initials HMF within an engine turned surround, the border chased with foliate scroll work; the second of oval form, the exterior engraved with floral scrolls, the interior with a commemorative lock of hair and the christogram IHS with a cross, dated August 1847.

Inscribed August 1847. Dimensions approximately 45 x 27mm including pendant fitting. Gross weight approximately 19 grams. Circular locket: Scratches to metal, and areas of discolouration. Hinge intact, closing securely. Glass intact, scratches to surfaces. Dimensions approximately 67 x 47mm including pendant fitting. Gross weight approximately 30 grams. Overall in good condition.
