The circular malachite disc with a rope twist border, set with a pair of fish representing the astrological sign Pisces, their eyes set with circular-cut emeralds, centring on a star claw-set with a brilliant-cut diamond, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered, French assay and maker's marks.

Stamped with maker's mark for Van Cleef & Arpels, French Import marks for 18 carat gold and 750 to pendant loop. Reverse of pendant loop plaque numbered B 1957 D3 VC&A. Malachite with minor fracture to reverse running along disc from top to base, front with light surface wear and some loss to malachite around drill hole below one pieces head. Diamond bright and lively, estimated weight approximately 0.05-0.07 carats. Emeralds mid green with inclusions visible under magnification, some surface wear. Metal surfaces with light scratches. Pendant bail closes securely. Overall condition good. Gross weight approximately 66.4 grams. Length approximately 72 x 57mm.
