Description

Each set with a cushion-shaped ruby, framed by circular-cut diamonds, post fittings.
Condition
Accompanied by report no. 78154-16, stating that the rubies measuring approximately 8.2 x 8.0 x 5.7mm and 8.2 x 8.0 x 5.3mm respectively, calculated to weigh approximately 3.5 and 3.2 carats respectively, are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heat treatment, and evidence of minor to moderate clarity enhancement with oil.
One butterfly fitting stamped 750 and the other 585. Rubies mid red, typical surface reaching inclusions visible, minor fractures to surfaces, rubbed facet edges and scratches, a small cavity and chips to girdle. Diamonds bright and lively, included, some with small chips. Scratches to metal surfaces. Solder visible to connecting bar edges. Overall condition commensurate with age and wear.
