Signed Moro, with Italian assay mark, inscribed 750 for 18 carat gold. The central diamond weighing 5.50 carats, estimated colour M+ and estimated clarity VS1-VS2 as graded within the limitations of the mount. The surrounding diamonds are bright and lively, estimated to weigh a total of approximately 1.75 - 2.25 carats, estimated colour G-H, estimated clarity VS on average with a one or two SI clarity examples. The sapphires a nicely saturated medium-deep slightly violetish blue colour, transparent, slightly to moderately included with examples of surface-reaching inclusions and some evident colour zoning. Light scratching to the gold, consistent with wear. Gross weight approximtaely 16.9 grams.
