Designed as a lion, set with cabochon emerald eyes, the muzzle, ears and fangs pavé-set with single-cut diamonds, the body applied with red enamel, Italian assay and maker's marks. 

Stamped 'FC' for Frascorolo, with Italian assay and maker's marks, inscribed 750 for 18 carat gold. The diamonds are bright and lively and estimated to weigh a total of approximately 0.60 - 0.70 carat. The emerald cabochons are semi-translucent medium to medium-deep bluish green with minor inclusions. Light scratching, minor indentations and evidence of discoloration the metal surfaces, consistent with wear. Some areas of enamel loss and damage, not readily apparent when worn. In overall good condition. Dimensions approximately 75 x 45 mm, gross weight approximately 57.8 grams.
