The longchain composed of a line of variously-shaped bezel-set rose-cut pink, purple, blue, green, yellow and near colorless sapphires, length 71 inches, numbered 31214; together with a pair of earclips designed as clusters of rose-cut pink and purple sapphires and round diamonds, suspending a row of round diamonds and similarly cut and colored sapphires from fine link chains, with Italian assay and registry marks. Fitted with retractable posts.
Condition
In very good condition. The longchain stamped 750 for 18 karat gold. The earrings stamped with Italian assay marks for 18 karat gold and registry marks for Milan. The sapphires in the longchain are pink, purple, blue, green, yellow and near colorless, light in tone, eye-clean to slightly included. The sapphires in the earclips are various light hues of pink and purple, predominantly eye-clean. The round diamonds weighing in total approximately 1.40 carats are approximately F-G color, VS clarity. The earrings measure approximately 2½ inches in length.
