Condition
Lined. The surface is clean and presents well. There is a web of craquelure across the picture surface and a small area of pigment separation at the center right of the bunch of grapes in the basket. Under UV: broad retouches are visible at center right. In the bunch of grapes in the basket there is an down 'L' shaped area of inpainting at the upper center and inpainting to address prior craquelure near the center of the bunch. Additional finely applied retouches are scattered throughout and in between the bunches of grapes and in the upper right quadrant, with some minor dashes and pinpoint dots on the guinea pigs. Some of the pink and orange pigments remain active and fluoresce.
