The jar is in good condition with the exception of restoration around the inner rim of the base (approx. 1 x 16 cm). The cover has a small restored area to the rim (approx. 1x 3 cm) and an associated hairline crack (approx. 5.5 cm), and three small chips (largest approx. 0.5 x 0.5 cm).
