Description

  • 13.5 cm, 5 1/4  in.
standing in tribhanga on a lotus pedestal with a long rod from the base, with the left hand held in vitarkamudra and the right hand held to one side possibly holding a partially missing long curled lotus stem, the large bloom resting on one shoulder, draped in a flowing dhoti tied with a sash at the waist, the face rendered with a gentle expression, framed by large hoop earrings and a jewelled tiara, wood stand

Condition

The bronze is in good condition with the exception of rubbing and loss to the gilded decoration.
