the deep flaring sides supported on a low straight foot and rising to a gently everted rim, the thin walls buffed to a soft polish, the stone a pale celadon hue with subtle streaks of white mottling and faint russet inclusions, hongmu stands (4)

Condition

One bowl with a tiny nick to the rim and a discolored fissure above the foot. Otherwise, both bowls are in overall good condition. The actual color of the stone is slightly more yellow compared to the catalogue illustration. Please note that this lot includes a stand, frame or other component made from a type of Chinese hardwood, which, if exported, will require a CITES permit to leave the United States.
