Overall very good condition. The bronze base with occasional minor scattered surface scratches and abrasions consistent with age and gentle handling. The patina with some occasional light wear and discoloration concentrated to the foot, possibly resulting from having been cleaned at some point in the history of the piece, not visually detractive. All of the jeweled candle cups appear original and undisturbed. One candle cup with two jewels each with very a very tight hairline crack, stable. The snuffer (inset on the reverse of the standard) and six bobeches appear to be period. A wonderfully naturalistic form that is complemented and contrasted by the iridized jewel candle cups.
