Condition
The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. As stated in the saleroom notice, please note that the table is in Régence style, probably late 19th century and not period. Good overall condition despite the inevitable minor scratches and marks due to age and use. The wood was originally gilded or painted and it has been stripped. An end of foot has been restored. There are two square traces on each lateral side, probably corresponding to additional leaves to extend the top when it was used as a dining table. There are a few minor chips and losses to the mouldings. Nice marble top which is probably period. Ready to use.
