The Rocaille ornaments and the quality of chasing need to be compared to the famous gilt-bronze elements from the casket and its stand made in Turin circa 1745 by P. Piffetti, G.P. Venasca and Francesco Ladatte. The casket is now in the collections of the Victoria & Albert Museum of London.
