Catalogue Note

The key features of the Rolex Cosmograph Daytona - the inversed colour for the main dial and the subsidiary dials and the tachymetric scale engraved on the bezel - are remarkably present on this Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Ref. 6263. Introduced in 1970, reference 6263 was the first to have screw-down pushers, which enhanced durability and accuracy. The clear and clean design exemplified the principle: form follows function.
