Catalogue Note

Accompanied by an A. Lange & Söhne guarantee, instruction manual and presentation box.   This present lot is a humble watch with an inner beauty. It is a piece to compliment the traditional watchmaking know-how. At first sight, it is a watch simply with a tourbillon. The breathe-taking discovery is Lange has added both a stop-seconds mechanism and a zero-reset function to it. When you pull its crown, the running seconds hand attached to the tourbillon cage snaps back to zero and the balance stops rotating. This complication is so subtle but yet complex. Certainly a visual and aural satisfaction to observe the noticeable snap when you pull the crown of this watch.
