JCAA01 blackened automatic movement, 23 jewels • anthracite dial, rotating guilloche disk with fan form aperture which rotates to reveal an enamel painted erotic scene • 18k pink gold case, crown at 4 o'clock to rotate the disk to the dial, sapphire crystal display back secured by 5 screws • case, dial, and movement signed • with an 18k pink gold Jacob & Co. buckle
Condition
CASE
Case in excellent condition with shop wear. Protective sticker still apparent to case back. Some light surface wear and scuffs to the crown and lugs.
DIAL
Dial in excellent condition. Hidden Panel in excellent condition. Blued steel hour hand with some light wear.
MOVEMENT
Automaton function working properly - by engaging the crown. Dial slide operating properly.
The movement is running at time of cataloging, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
The watch is accompanied by an additional stainless steel Jacob & Co. deployant clasp. The watch is also additionally accompanied by a Jacob & Co. Polyurethane strap.
