CASE:
The Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirms 60 sapphires ~ 15.95 cts, and 10 diamonds ~ 1.35 cts. One sapphire with visible loss/chip. Surrounding sapphires with wear, scratches, and scuffs. Case and bracelet with light wear and oxidation in some areas, especially at hinges and adjoining areas. Some pigment inconsistencies, suggesting white gold is plated with yellow gold.
DIAL:
Dial with light wear and debris. applied dot indexes at cardinal points with oxidation. Bracelet clasp stamped '750.'
